The warranty is valid from the moment of purchase (order) of the product in the TTG online store.
In case of detection of a manufacturing defect, the product is sent back at the buyer's expense. After examination and confirmation of the defect by a technical specialist of the company, the cost of delivery in both directions is compensated to you.
Before installation, it is necessary to make sure that the product is intact and fully complies with its description!
The legal guarantee is provided in accordance with the provisions of GEO no. 140/2021 and supplemented by OG 21/1992(r2) on the sale of products and related guarantees, which transpose Directive 1999/44/EC into Romanian law and do not limit, ignore or prejudice, directly or indirectly, the legal rights and legitimate interests of the purchaser provided by law.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Damaged during installation/dismantling.
- Installed without checking the condition of the electrical networks, voltage regulator relay, coil and ignition system parts.
- The completeness of the supply of which does not correspond to the purchase kit.
- Without original packaging.
- Modified during installation (change in design, geometry or properties of the product material, grinding, trimming, etc.).

If such a need arises:
- Contact our store manager and indicate the reason for the return.
- Specify how you would like to exchange/return the product.
- Specify the desired refund method.
- The product has not been used and has no signs of use (chips, dents or any mechanical damage).
- Full set and factory packaging available. The integrity of the packaging is not broken.
- The product is not subject to return/exchange if it is faulty as a result of improper use or installation
- When returning a product of proper quality, delivery is paid by the customer.
- When returning a product due to an error by a company employee*, delivery in both directions is paid by the company.
* An error by a company employee means a mis-sorting/incomplete set of goods.
