Description
Valve adjustment screws + TATA nuts for 168F / 170F gasoline engine - parts included in the gas distribution system of the power unit. They are located under the valve cover inside the cylinder head. Purpose and application The screws hold the rockers in position. For uninterrupted operation of the motor, a strictly fixed gap is provided between the rocker arm and the valve stem. This gap compensates for the thermal expansion of the parts of the gas distribution system and maintains the engine in a given mode. Two elements are used to fix each rocker arm: a screw fixes the rocker arm in a predetermined position, a nut prevents spontaneous unscrewing of the screw due to vibration during operation of the power unit. The products are made of high quality steel and are suitable for 168F/170F gasoline engines.
