Description
TATA rings for gasoline engine 168F, 68.50 mm are designed to be installed on the repair piston of the corresponding diameter. It is used with significant wear of the piston group after boring the cylinder liner. Design and purpose Two compression rings made of steel and cast iron ensure the tightness of the combustion chamber. Two thinner, oil scraper, made of steel and separated from each other by a separator ring, are installed in one groove on the piston and work as a whole. Rings provide a tight fit of the piston to the cylinder walls and increase the efficiency of the piston group. This kit is the largest repair kit and will require replacement of the engine block when worn.
