Description
The TATA engine block cover for the 168F gasoline engine is made of aluminum by casting with subsequent processing. Performs the following functions: • Protects the internal elements of the power unit from dust, moisture, dirt. • Prevents oil leakage from the crankcase. • Is the basis for mounting the crankshaft and camshaft. Device Features In the engine block cover there are two equivalent oil fillers, which facilitate the process of changing the lubricant, regardless of the location of the power unit. Six holes are provided for fastening to the motor housing. Two holes are designed for guides - facilitating the positioning of the cover relative to the block. On the outside, there are four holes for mounting the reduction gear housing. A special gasket is used to seal the joint between the cover and the block.
