Description
The TATA alternator coil for 168F/170F gasoline engine is part of an electric generator that generates electric current to charge the battery. Suitable for motorcycles equipped with an electric starter power unit. Features and applications Structurally, it consists of a metal core on which a coil of copper wire is located on a dielectric frame. To protect against moisture and adverse environmental influences, the coil is impregnated with varnish and protected by a layer of fiberglass. The spare part is installed on the motor housing near the flywheel, on which a permanent magnet is fixed. When the flywheel rotates, an electric current is induced in the coil, which is used to recharge the battery and power additional electrical equipment.
