Description

The YBX gearbox plug, designed for KPP/6 transmissions, serves as a sealing and protection element for open process holes in the gearbox housing. Its main function is to prevent oil leaks, dust, dirt and moisture from entering the mechanism, which is especially critical when operating walk-behind tractor equipment in aggressive external conditions - on wet soil, in dust, in the open air. The plug is made of a material that can withstand prolonged exposure to temperature fluctuations, vibrations and pressure. The geometry of the part exactly matches the mounting hole in the KPP/6, which ensures reliable fixation without additional seals or fasteners. The surface of the plug fits tightly to the edges of the housing and eliminates even micro-smudges of oil during transmission operation. Installation of a new YBX plug is necessary when wear, deformation, cracks are detected or during routine maintenance of the gearbox. This is a simple but important part, the serviceability of which determines the tightness and durability of the entire transmission system. Suitable for most Chinese and similar motor-block gearboxes using a six-speed scheme.
